Our Mission
Who We Are
Godsent Charity is dedicated to providing affordable housing, food, and healthcare to low-income and no income families or individuals. Our objectives include building high-capacity dwellings, offering low to no-cost housing, and assisting with healthcare expenses. Once our buildings are built we aim to empower individuals to save for homeownership, costly medical bills or higher education. Each family unit or individual will be placed into a small apartment and receive an escrow account that donations & their own payments will feed into, growing towards meeting their needs. At Godsent Charity, we believe in creating a brighter future for those in need through shelter, compassion, and support.
Right now we are in Phase one of our development. We need your donations to save up for a large piece of land, on which to construct our high capacity dwelling, and "soup kitchen" Once we have our dwellings in place your donations will be split into four categories.
1. Maintenance/upkeep,
2. Housing/Medical/Education Escrow accounts,
3. Food expenses for soup kitchen,
4. Providing small homes and STEM educational materials to impoverished countries. (phase 3)

How we help low to no income families or individuals save for home ownership.
Each family unit or individual will be assigned an escrow account.
One of the only qualifications to meet once a family unit or individual has been accepted to continue to stay at a Godsent Charity home is that each capable adult make every possible effort to find a job. (If they cannot find a job outside the facility they will be given a job from within to support the community.) Proof that they submitted applications to workplaces and go to interviews must be submitted DAILY. Once they obtain a job, 10% of their income will be their "rent". That "rent" will be placed into an account to pay for maintenance and utilities. When all expenses have been paid that month the remainder is split evenly amongst the Tennant's escrow accounts. Each family unit or individual will also be able to make additional deposits into their escrow accounts if able. When a family unit's or individual's escrow account hits about $55,000 that money is used to purchase a small piece of land, the construction of a small foundation pad with plumbing and a container home. Nothing fancy, just a home that's built to withstand the forces of nature, and keep people comfortable and dry.
No early withdrawal from escrow accounts will be allowed.
LET'S SOLVE HOMELESSNESS!
